Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period on our products, starting from the day you receive the item.

If you wish to return your purchase, please send the item back to the following address: West Logistics ApS ATT: Universal Music A/S> Michael Drewsens Vej 7 8270 Højbjerg

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Cash on delivery shipments or undeliverable packages will not be accepted. If a return package is sent to a package shop or post office, it will not be collected and will be returned to you within 14 days. After this, the return package can be sent correctly to our address. Since the 14-day return period will have expired by then, you must notify us before making a new return.

How to return:

When returning, please use our return portal.

  1. Find our return portal here
  2. Fill in the general information regarding order number and email address
  3. Find your order number in your order confirmation
  4. Pack the products in the original packaging. The contents must not be damaged during transport, so make sure there are no loose items in the box
  5. Download and attach the return label. Please note that UMG shop does not offer to pay for return labels, and you will therefore be charged for this (45 DKK). Make sure your return label covers any other labels that might already be on the packaging
  6. Send the products to (the return portal will automatically add this address): West Logistics ApS ATT: Universal Music A/S Michael Drewsens Vej 7 8270 Højbjerg
  7. When we receive your return, we will notify you via email. You will receive your refund through the same payment method you used for your purchase

Return Packaging

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Missing original packaging constitutes a reduction in value.

You must also ensure that the item is safely packaged when you return it.

Ensure the following:

  • The provided packaging must be used as received, so the item is secured
  • No loose items in the box – as this may cause scratches on the product

You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive them.

We recommend that you keep your postal receipt and any track and trace number in case of shipping damage.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are liable for any reduction in the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the item's nature, properties, and functionality. If the product is damaged in such a way that it is only partially resalable, 50% of the purchase value will be refunded. If the product is damaged to such a degree that it is not resalable, the purchase value will not be refunded.

Refund

If you cancel your entire purchase, you will receive the amount you paid us back. This includes shipping costs - unless there are additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer.

Should you choose to return only parts of your order, any shipping costs will not be refunded.

In case of a reduction in the item's value, for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

We will refund the amount when we have received the item from you. Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned it.

Exchange

It is not possible to exchange items. If you wish to exchange your product for another, we therefore recommend that you return your order. Afterwards, you can easily order the item you wish to purchase instead on our webshop.

If you do not collect your package or refuse delivery, an automatic refund for your purchase will be issued minus the shipping cost - equivalent to 150 DKK.
